Good Times, Great Causes

Since its inception in 2005, the Curchin Open has raised more than $155,000 benefitting approximately two-dozen local charities. Each year, two non-profit organizations are selected from an essay contest to receive the proceeds from the Open. Meet our 2017 Curchin Open charity recipients:

Arc of Monmouth
The Arc of Monmouth is the oldest and largest provider of support and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Monmouth County, with more than 20 locations throughout the county. Arc is committed to assisting people with I/DD to thrive in every aspect of their lives by providing a continuum of lifelong services including residential opportunities, supported employment programs, adult day programs, college achievement classes, recreation and family support services. Breast Intentions
The goal of Breast Intensions is to provide crisis intervention for women who are facing financial hardship as they battle breast cancer. Additionally, through the Pink Pact™ Initiative, Breast Intentions aims to educate young women about breast health and the need for regular breast self-examinations. Admission is $20 per person. Fantasy golf scratch-off cards are $5 each or 3 for $10. Or team up with your colleagues to enter the Foursome Challenge! Entry is $100 per team of 4, and includes 4 fantasy golf scratch-off cards.
